Introduction
Has there ever been a better time to call electronics fascinating? We doubt it.The field is making exhilarating progress in areas ranging from wireless communications and chip designing to biomedical diagnostics, with implications that will be felt in our everyday lives.
To further prove our point we bring along this Shaastra a Hands-on electronics event which requires no prior preparation and registration. Just turn up at the right venue!!!!
All that you require is knowledge of basic electronics and simple electrical circuits.
Participants note: Event Format has been changed
Event Format
Preliminary Round
- It will be a written round.
- It will consist of puzzles, jumbled circuits etc. which will test participants for sufficiency of
knowledge to compete in the 2nd round. The questions will cover both the areas of
electronics- digital and analog. Two hours will be provided for this round.
Final Round
- It will be a hands on round.
- 8 teams will be selected for the final round on the
basis of their performance in the preliminary round.
