Shaastra ID
Hello!
Participants of Shaastra should have a Shaastra ID card to participate in the events. We have two ways by which we register participants:
Online Registration :
You can register online on the USER PORTAL of Shaastra website.Kindly log onto the user portal and click on the PROFILE link.You will be allotted a PIN number which will be visible on your profile page. Shaastra ID card will be issued during Shaastra in the QMS desk on showing the Identity proof and producing this PIN. Separate counters will be opened for issuing Shaastra ID cards to people who have a PIN. Issue of Shaastra ID card is free of cost through online registration.
On the spot Registration :
Participants who do not register online or do not have a PIN , have to fill a form (available at the QMS desk) for getting Shaastra ID card. Shaastra ID card will be issued after checking the identity proof. Participants have to pay Rs. 25 for the issue of Shaastra ID card through On the spot registration.
NOTE: People who get accommodation through Hospitality also have to apply for Shaastra ID card through any of the above mentioned procedures. The number on Shaastra Advanced Accommodation Registration(SAAR) is not your Shaastra ID card number.
